Well integrity and decommissioning specialist appoints Consolidated Suppliers as in-country partner to bring its technologies to operators across the region.

Well integrity and decommissioning specialist, Unity has signed an agreement with Consolidated Suppliers at ADIPEC in response to growing demand in the Middle East.

As investment in extending the production of mature assets continues to accelerate across the UAE, Unity is deepening its engagement with regional operators, bringing proven expertise from some of the world’s most complex well environments. Combining specialist well integrity, intervention and decommissioning capabilities with innovative technologies and advanced engineering solutions, Unity helps operators maximise production, strengthen asset reliability and reduce operational risk.

The agreement with Consolidated Suppliers marks an important step in expanding Unity’s presence in the UAE, providing a strong local platform to develop closer customer relationships and increase access to Unity’s specialist expertise, helping operators address increasingly complex well challenges with greater efficiency and confidence.

The arrangement also strengthens Unity’s In-Country Value (ICV) credentials, a key consideration for suppliers working with operators in the UAE.

Gary Smart, chief executive of Unity, said: “As operators seek to extend asset life, maintain well integrity and reduce operational risk, demand is growing for the specialist expertise and integrated solutions that Unity delivers globally across mature basins.

“Our agreement with Consolidated Suppliers gives operators in the region direct access to Unity’s technologies and expertise, supported by a trusted local partner with a strong understanding of the market. Together we are well placed to help operators address these challenges.”
