Rotech Subsea has secured a significant subsea cable support contract in South Korea, further strengthening the company’s position in one of Asia’s key offshore energy markets.
The award will see Rotech utilise its RS1LD-3 Hybrid Jet Trencher to support a major HVDC submarine cable construction project, delivering specialist subsea excavation and trenching services as part of the critical offshore scope.
The award builds on the company’s established international track record and continued activity across key offshore energy markets. Its Controlled Flow Excavation (CFE) technology provides a non-contact approach to seabed intervention, enabling precise excavation while reducing seabed disturbance and protecting surrounding subsea assets.
