Throughout his career, he has worked across a broad range of development and technology roles, combining hands-on programming expertise with strategic oversight of projects, infrastructure, and technical teams.
Paul’s core expertise spans software development, systems architecture, and technical leadership. He is particularly passionate about designing scalable, reliable systems and creating high-performing development environments where teams can collaborate effectively and deliver high-quality solutions. His approach blends technical excellence with a clear focus on aligning technology with wider organisational goals.

A proud Liverpudlian, Paul is also a dedicated Liverpool FC supporter and attends as many matches as possible.
