As part of our Member Spotlight series, we highlight organisations within our network that are driving meaningful impact across the energy sector. Next we turn to MODS, highlighting its role in advancing digital project execution and asset lifecycle management in an increasingly complex and evolving industry.
MODS delivers a fully integrated ecosystem of industrial software designed to support assets across their entire lifecycle, from construction through to maintenance and decommissioning. Operating globally across the UKCS, Europe, North America, and Southeast Asia, the company supports more than 40 assets and over 50 operators, helping drive measurable improvements in efficiency, safety, and sustainability.
A key challenge across the energy sector is delivering complex projects in a way that is both efficient and transparent. MODS addresses this through its intelligent software solutions, which streamline workflows, enhance visibility, and improve overall project execution.
Combined with its Digital Enablement services, the company supports organisations through digital transformation, ensuring strong returns on investment while maintaining operational continuity.
A significant milestone for MODS has been its recent contract with Anasuria Operating Company Limited, where its MODS Connect WorkPack and MODS Connect Completions solutions are being deployed to improve project execution, certification, and handover across the Anasuria Cluster. This project represents the company’s first Owner-Operator model, developed collaboratively with EPCs and vendors to create a more integrated and efficient delivery approach. Alongside this, MODS continues to advance its data capabilities through its Enterprise Data Hub and Master Data Management tools, with AI now integrated into its software suite to further enhance user experience.
As the industry evolves, MODS is playing a key role in supporting the energy transition by modernising project execution in line with Advanced Work Packaging and Lean construction principles. This helps improve productivity, increase time on tools, and reduce embodied carbon across projects and assets.
Looking ahead, MODS is focused on expanding its presence across international markets, particularly in the U.S., Europe, and Southeast Asia, while continuing to strengthen its position in the UKCS. With growing opportunities in areas such as offshore wind and decommissioning, the company is well positioned to support the next generation of energy infrastructure.
By combining intelligent software, data-driven insights, and a collaborative approach, MODS is helping operators deliver safer, more efficient, and more sustainable projects worldwide.
