Karen Vatnamot has been elected to the board of directors in Marwell Holding AS. Karen has spent the last 20 years working in management consulting, private equity and corporate strategy roles. For the last 5 years she has served as a director at PwC and has extensive experience working within the energy sector on corporate strategy, transformation and mergers & acquisitions.
Educated at Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) and London School of Economics and Political Science Karen has also served on the boards of several companies both in Norway and internationally.
The board wish Karen a warm welcome and look forward to continuing the growth of Marwell group businesses over the coming years.
