LeaderLink launches in Aberdeen as standalone leadership academy spun out of Integrity QHSE

LeaderLink, a new outsourced leadership academy designed to bolt onto organisations across the UK, has officially launched in Aberdeen. LeaderLink is a standalone brand spun out of Integrity QHSE, launched after demand for its leadership development work outgrew the consultancy’s core delivery.

LeaderLink was co-founded by Jennifer Hall, Rob Diver and Steve Harris, with Rob Diver leading the academy as Managing Director, bringing real-world operational leadership experience into practical development programmes delivered in-person or remotely.

Built for organisations that want leadership development that is credible, practical and consistent, not a one-off workshop, LeaderLink delivers programmes in-person or remotely, giving teams access to coaching, mentoring and leadership development that sticks.

The launch event, hosted at SugarBird Wines in Aberdeen, brought together a room of industry leaders and introduced LeaderLink’s coaching bench, including:

  • Greg Quinn OBE, former British High Commissioner; government relations and political risk expert
  • Jane Hopkinson, business psychologist who supported the Health and Safety Executive to develop their own leadership offering
  • Stephen Cargin, strategic policing and national security advisor

To mark the launch, LeaderLink awarded a £20,000 leadership coaching prize to Simon Burrows of Mintra, including a fully tailored two-day leadership workshop for up to 10 people plus follow-up sessions to embed the learning.

Rob Diver, Managing Director at LeaderLink, said:

“Leadership development is evolving and it needs to. What stood out at our launch was a genuine appetite for something more personal and transformative than generic courses. People want development that focuses on the person, not the role. That’s exactly what LeaderLink is built to deliver.”

LeaderLink will now roll out its programme schedule and online insights over the coming weeks, with options for organisations to plug into ongoing development, targeted interventions, and tailored coaching support.

“Join the companies that smart energy professionals follow – because when you’re featured on GEN, the industry pays attention.”
