New leadership to support strategic partnerships and international expansion.
JMSL has strengthened its commercial leadership team with the appointment of Dave Hamill as Business Development Manager, supporting the company’s continued growth across energy, infrastructure, and emerging markets.
The appointment forms part of JMSL’s three-year growth strategy to deepen client relationships, expand fabrication and project services capability, and support increasing demand for integrated workforce and execution solutions across UK and international projects.
Dave brings more than 30 years’ experience across business development, operations, and general management within the energy sector. His background spans oil and gas, subsea and marine services, decommissioning, offshore renewables, and infrastructure projects, with a strong track record of building markets, securing long-term frameworks, and developing trusted client partnerships.
Prior to joining JMSL, Dave held several senior commercial and leadership positions across the offshore energy and marine services sectors. In these roles, he led strategic growth initiatives, supporting UK and international market entry strategies, securing major contract awards, and driving global client engagement across a broad range of offshore markets.
In his new role, Dave will lead business development and strategic partnership initiatives across established and emerging energy markets, supporting JMSL’s expansion in fabrication and project services alongside its core manpower capability. His appointment reflects JMSL’s continued diversification and focus on integrated, delivery-led solutions.
