Cloppenburg, Germany. International industrial services provider Bilfinger has signed a multi-year framework agreement with Harbour Energy Germany. The contract includes engineering and maintenance services for the continuous optimization of natural gas and crude oil production facilities in northwestern Germany. In addition, Bilfinger provides specialized safety services across facilities.
Harbour Energy is one of the world’s leading independent oil and gas companies. In Germany, the company is among the largest natural gas and crude oil producers and makes a significant contribution to domestic supply security. Through the continuous optimization of production facilities and natural gas compressor stations, Bilfinger helps maximize asset performance, operational safety, and plant efficiency. The contract spans a base term of five years and includes an additional two-year extension option.

The wide range of multidisciplinary services includes preventive maintenance, engineering services for the modification and optimization of plants, as well as repairs, modifications, and expansions in the areas of mechanical installations, electrical, instrumentation, & control (EI&C), and piping.
Beyond its operational scope, Bilfinger also provides specialized safety services across all sites to consistently implement high safety and environmental standards in collaboration with Harbour Energy. These services include the deployment of experienced safety advisors, technical support and planning for operations involving respiratory protection, and staffing of the on-site fire department.
