Our fully qualified and multi-skilled KW team will be designing and manufacturing a bespoke fully automated PLC driven pressure control system to retro-fit and interface with their existing safety enclosure, this will allow safe cyclic testing of high pressure compressed air cylinders to be carried out.
The system includes variable and automated pressurisation and de-pressurisation of the device under test, in addition to data logging and test reporting capabilities. This will automate the process and improve the efficiency of the cyclic testing procedure, in addition to removing operators from the immediate area of the pressure source.
Our engineers have a wealth of proven experience of pressure systems and their use for challenging applications. KW work closely with new and existing customers to provide upgrades and improvements on existing systems providing advanced functionality, all in-line with current relevant legislation.
