Three-year contract is for Gulf of America operations
C-Innovation (C-I), an affiliate of US contractor Edison Chouest Offshore, has secured a multi-year contract with repeat customer Shell for remotely operated vehicle (ROV) services in the Gulf of America
This three-year contract, the potential value of which was kept under wraps, has options for two one-year extensions. C-I will undertake work on at least two Shell drillships, supporting drilling, completion and intervention operations.
C-I delivers subsea services with the support of one of the largest fleets of work-class ROVs in the Gulf of America and, the company said, distinguishes itself from rivals through a combination of specialised expertise, integrated services and a strong operational track record.

With the support of our experienced in-house engineering team, C-I maintains direct control over project execution, enabling rapid adaptation and operational efficiency, often resulting in measurable cost savings for our clients,” commented Bill Ishee, C-I’s Shell program manager.
